Conceived by famed chef Jun Lee, Soigné has lured talented chefs into its environment where a new course menu is conceived 5 times per year. The open kitchen concept allows for guests to witness the whole cooking process, as well as facilitate communication and sharing between cooks and their customers. Prices range in affordability, where a simple tasting course for lunch would cost 30,000 won, while more elaborate dinner course settings with interactions with cooks would run from 90,000 won, excluding any costs associated with wine pairing, if that’s of your interest.
