Since appearing earlier this year on EBS’ program “Our Sole Earth”, on an episode theme of “I Live in a Small Home” that profiled people who construct and live in small dwellings, Nabama of Jeju has remained in the spotlight with other media crews coming in for a peep or visitors wanting to stay overnight. In fact, the Nabama compound is much more than just a tight living space for Kim Min Kui and his family. The site also offers quaint accommodations in the form of their minbak that can fit 1-2 guests or their BOXX container house that can fit up to 4 people. But much more than that is their on-site burger restaurant that features concoctions such as Boogie Burgers, Woogie Burgers, Tank Burgers, and an interesting concept known as “Jump Blues Burger”, which is essentially a Caponata Salad Burger. Further adding to the vibe is that Nabama constantly brings in musicians for jam sessions and engaging events and activities for guests and neighbors in the northeast corner of the island.
