This fall, EverydayKorea.com partnered up with ENKOFE to provide compelling experiences for foreigners in Korea, through the offering of exciting familiarization tours of regional governments and memorable camping experiences. Regardless if you are a foreigner who is living in Korea or just visiting, it’s a safe bet that you’ve never experienced the full force of Korean cultural experiences like the way that our promotional collective can deliver alongside Korean municipalities and counties who are seeking to roll out the red carpet for international exposure.
With EverydayKorea’s promotional power and knack for understanding how foreigners perceive value in Korea’s cultural universe, we’re able to chisel the domestic experiences offered by local governments and mold them into something that can deeply resonate with those who are coming from different cultures and parts of the world. Along with ENKOFE’s domestic network and penchant for coordinating memorable events that go “over the top”, we were able to pull off two recent excursions for foreigners who got the early jump on our event offerings:
In a weekend in October, we brought 100+ foreigners to the pristine setting of Hadong County, where everyone was treated to tours of the surrounding countryside, incredibly preserved folk villages, vibrant traditional markets, informative tea ceremonies and other sites of cultural significance that Hadong County wishes to share with the world. In the evening, things got even better, as everyone was provided with pre-assembled tents, sleeping bags, great food and drinks, and lively performances to top it off.
In November, Boseong County offered an exclusive experience for 50 foreigners who converged from various points in Korea to experience their famed Cockle Clam Festival.
These are just the early beginnings of a planned roll-out of similarly conceived cultural immersions to be jointly promoted and managed by EverydayKorea and ENKOFE. Some major experiences are being planned throughout 2015 with local governments and now is the time to get on our future guest lists, so you can be among the first to book for the great times and low cost/high value arrangements that we’ve been fortunate enough to muster.
