The business model of most bars tends to be about making profits from the alcohol, while putting out great food is the real draw, despite having a lower profit margin. One such bar franchise has opted to do the reverse, offering unlimited soju, sake and beer for a measly price of 9800 won per person, while still able to provide a fantastic range of Japanese izakaya-style cuisine. Musa Sake (warning: turn down your sound if visiting the site) has been garnering massive buzz among Naver bloggers over the past several months and their franchising streak has been equally tenacious, cranking out over 45 franchises and more opening each month. Too many to list. Let’s just say they have at least one in every city in Korea. Reply to this post if you want us to dig up directions of one near you.
We’ll add a few maps to some main drinking districts in Seoul, Busan, and Daegu, however.
